Prologis Leases Warehouse Space To Geodis’ Distribution Center
ProLogis, a provider of distribution facilities, has leased 90,000 square feet of newly developed ‘ProLogis Park Bucharest A1’ in Romania, to Geodis, a third party logistics provider and subsidiary of SNCF (French Railway).
Geodis said that it currently leases warehouse space in nine European countries from ProLogis. The new facility situated along the Bucharest-Pitesti highway, will be used as regional distribution center for customers with logistics requirements throughout Romania.
Pierre Kosc, General Manager, Geodis Calberson in Romania, said: “This new agreement with ProLogis is the third lease we have signed with them in Romania, which is proof of our satisfaction with the superb logistical facilities offered by the company.”
Besides Geodis, other customers at the park comprise Centrum Logistics, Cargo-partner, Augsburg International Impex, Gefco, Flamingo Romania, Kuehne+Nagel, Geodis Calberson, and Omega Transport & Logistics.
