Logwin currently has three locations of its own in the Netherlands
Logwin, a provider of logistics services is making available its air and sea freight services in the Netherlands. The business segment Air + Ocean in the Netherlands is headed by country director Marc Wijnen.
Logwin currently has three locations of its own there. Some 90 employees provide comprehensive logistical services for customers from various sectors such as the automobile industry and the medical sector. Besides freight management, these also include warehousing and value added services.
Hauke Muller, managing director of Logwin business segment Air + Ocean, said: "As we are now offering our complete range of services from a single source, our customers will benefit from even more transparency and improved, globally standardized processes. At the same time, by restructuring our activities in the Netherlands, we are making a significant contribution to the productivity and cost efficiency of the whole group."
Helmut Kaspers, COO of the business segment Air + Ocean of Logwin AG, said: "An important component of our strategy is being able to rely on our own network of locations around the world - with our new country organization in India being the latest example. Cooperation with partner companies does offer some opportunities, but also increases the risks, which we wish to minimize in the current economic environment.
