Itella Acquires Minority Stake In NLC Logistics Group
For E22m from RosEvroGroup
In order to clarify the legal structure of ItellaNLC, Itella has acquired the remaining 10% minority stake in NLC, a Russian logistics group, by paying E22m to RosEvroGroup.
In 2008, the company acquired the Russian logistics group NLC, in which RosEvroGroup was to remain a minority shareholder with a 10% holding until the end of 2010.
Moreover, the seller may receive an additional sum bound to the company's result development in the following years.
ItellaNLC is a provider of warehousing services, with a network of logistics centers in Moscow as well as six other major cities in Russia. ItellaNLC has around 600,000 square meters of warehousing space. In addition to warehousing, ItellaNLC provides services for transport all over Russia as well as global air and sea transport.
NLC Logistics is a transport and logistics company offering warehousing facilities, storage and distribution services for freight handling needs.
